MAK Wheels is proud to have attended the ‘Race for the Cure’ event: the event organised by the association
Susan G. Komen association to raise funds for breast cancer prevention and research.
To provide adequate support for the cause, MAK has provided to fit a set of alloy wheels customised in pink exclusively for the occasion.
During the event, everyone was given the opportunity to receive free specialist examinations in the fields of senology, gastroenterology, osteoporosis, cardiology, gynaecology, bariatric surgery, cancer counselling and rehabilitation physiotherapy performed by volunteer operators and students of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
On the same days, the seventh stage of ‘Golf for the Cure’ was also held: the golf circuit with the same goal of raising funds for the fight against breast cancer, of which MAK has always been an official sponsor.
