We are proud to announce the results of the Corrixautism initiative in support of World Autism Day, which saw the participation of MAK as a sponsor!

Below is the final official press release of the initiative:

«Thanks to those who have been with us in these two weeks: to the 1,730 runners and cyclists and the 734 walkers who in 15 days on the Strava clubs have covered 222,222 km throughout Italy!

Thanks to the 14 offices scattered throughout the Brescia area that served as collection points for the distribution of 4,500 t-shirts.

Thanks to the 667 boys and girls who, with their teachers and ad personam assistants, participated in the school competition and to all the schools that have mobilized for the day of 2 April.

Thanks to the over 50 municipalities of Brescia (and not) who have illuminated their offices in blue.

Thanks to the institutions and companies that with their support have allowed us to organize all the initiatives, to the realities that have helped us and that are close to us not only in recent weeks, to the «special» mothers and fathers to always be at the forefront, to volunteers, educators and all those who have collaborated in this extraordinary edition!

Thanks above all to our children and young people, young people and adults for whom autism is a condition lived 365 days a year with their families and with all those who take care of it.

The Autisminsieme Fund has collected, for this initiative, the hefty sum of 48,332 euros which, after deduction of expenses, will be used for interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders in the province of Brescia «.
