MAK Wheels sponsored driver, Matteo Cressoni, is back to attack in the main continental championship reserved for GTs and prototypes, with a new challenge in LMGT3 with Porsche 911 GT3 R fielded by Proton Competition.
Matteo Cressoni will once again be a protagonist in the European Le Mans Series, a highly competitive championship set to kick off in less than a month from Barcelona. Our compatriot adds an exciting program to his busy schedule with commitments in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the Michelin Endurance Cup of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
The European Le Mans Series 2024 will consist of six rounds with four-hour races. Barcelona, also the location for the Prologue, will kick off the season on the weekend of April 14th, followed by Paul Ricard with a challenge in the weekend of May 5th. After a short break, racing will resume from Imola (July 7th), a track that will precede the second part of the season consisting of Spa-Francorchamps (August 25th), Mugello (September 29th), and Portimao (October 19th).
