MAK 1/24 PRIZE OPERATION REGULATIONS
“The Premium Choice”
The Company “ MAK SPA .”, with registered office in Carpenedolo (BS), Via C. Colombo 14, tax code 03086150178 and VAT number 01840560989, REA BS-322300, in order to increase sales of its products, intends to launch the prize competition called MAK 1/24 “The Premium Choice”, according to the methods indicated below:
DURATION : The prize operation will take place from 01 June 2024 to 31 July 2024.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE: Italian national territory
RECIPIENTS : Final consumers
EXCLUSION CONDITIONS : none
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: Purchase of 4 MAK alloy wheels for 4x4HEAVY DUTYCAMPER models Express, Gravel, Peak, Safari, Trek, King 5/6, Load 5/6 and Stone 5/6 in any size (only on Italian territory).
HOW IT WORKS: During the promotional period indicated in the "Duration" section, all end consumers who purchase the goods indicated in the "Promoted Products" section will receive a free gadget at the same time as their purchase.
PRIZE MONEY: 2.500 MAK CAR PARASOLS are expected to be distributed throughout Italy during the promotion, for a total prize pool of €16.750,00 (excluding VAT), subject to adjustment at the end of the event. The prize distribution estimate is based on sales of the same promotional products recorded during the same period last year, increased by the effect attributed to this promotion.
COMMUNICATION: The content of the event will be communicated using the following means: POP materials displayed at participating stores and online advertising banners. The company reserves the right to use any other means of communication deemed appropriate to inform the recipients of the prize promotion.
CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS : MAK SpA reserves the right to modify the content of these Regulations at any time, ensuring that any changes made do not infringe the rights acquired by the promisees, as provided for by art. 10, paragraph 4, of Presidential Decree 430/2001. Should it be necessary to modify these Regulations, Recipients will be informed of the changes using the same or equivalent methods as those by which they became aware of the original promise.
PUBLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS: The self-certified Regulations with a Declaration in lieu of a notarized deed are deposited with MAK SpA, with registered office at Via C. Colombo 14, Carpenedolo (BS), VAT number 01840560989. The complete Regulations are available at makwheels.it. Participation in this prize competition implies the participant's unconditional and complete acceptance of the clauses contained in these Regulations. The prizes are not exchangeable or convertible into cash or other goods or services, nor are consumers entitled to request, with or without the addition of sums of money, the possibility of receiving different prizes. If the above-mentioned prizes are exhausted, MAK SpA reserves the right to replace the prizes with other goods with similar characteristics and of equivalent or greater value. The promotion cannot be combined with other prize competitions and/or initiatives promoted by MAK SpA.
PRIVACY : The personal data provided by Participants will be used for activities related to the Promotion organized by the Promoter.
