The company “ MAK SPA .”, with registered office in Carpenedolo (BS), Via C. Colombo 14, tax code 03086150178 and VAT number 01840560989, REA BS-322300, provides the following information for taking advantage of the commercial promotion called MAK 1/26 “Spring Black Friday 2026” :
DURATION : The promotion will be active from May 22, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE: The discounts will be applied to purchases of promoted products made in Italy and in European countries (Kazakhstan, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, Belgium, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, France, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Ukraine, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Spain, Macedonia, Hungary, Croatia, Russia, Serbia).
TARGET AUDIENCE : Resellers (B2B)
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS : Discounts are not exchangeable or convertible into cash or other goods or services, nor are buyers entitled to request, with or without the addition of cash, the possibility of receiving different discounts. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts reserved for the buyer.
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: The promotion includes discounts of up to 50% on wheels, up to 15% on selected NPK products, and up to 30% on selected MATE products, as per Appendix A.
HOW IT WORKS: During the promotion's validity period, indicated in the "Duration" section, B2B retailers who purchase one or more items listed in the "Promoted Products" section will benefit from the discount provided on the purchase price. The discount is valid while stocks last.
CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS : Mak SpA reserves the right to modify the content of these Regulations at any time. The updated Regulations will always be available on the makwheels.it website in the Promotions section.
