REGULATION 1/25
The Company “ MAK SPA .”, with registered office in Carpenedolo (BS), Via C. Colombo 14, tax code 03086150178 and VAT number 01840560989, REA BS-322300, intends to launch the promotion called MAK 1/25 “Black Friday 2025”, according to the methods indicated below:
DURATION : The promotion will run from November 24, 2025 to December 09, 2025.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE: Italian national territory and European countries (Kazakhstan, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, Belgium, Greece, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, France, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Ukraine, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Spain, Macedonia, Hungary, Croatia, Russia, Serbia).
RECIPIENTS : Final consumers
EXCLUSION CONDITIONS : none
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: Up to 40% off wheels, up to 15% off selected NPK products, and up to 30% off selected MATE products as per Appendix A.
HOW IT WORKS: During the promotional period indicated in the "Duration" section, end consumers who purchase the items listed in the "Promoted Products" section will receive a discount on the purchase price. The discount is valid while stocks last.
COMMUNICATION: The content of the promotion will be communicated using the following means: POP materials displayed at participating stores and online advertising banners. The company reserves the right to use any other means of communication deemed appropriate to inform the recipients of the promotion's content.
CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS : Mak SpA reserves the right to modify the content of these Regulations at any time, ensuring that any changes made do not infringe the rights acquired by the promisees, as provided for by art. 10, paragraph 4, of Presidential Decree 430/2001. Should it be necessary to modify these Regulations, Recipients will be informed of the changes using the same or equivalent methods as those by which they became aware of the original promise.
PUBLICATION OF THE RULES: The complete rules are available on makwheels.it. Participation implies the participant's unconditional and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in these Rules. Discounts are not exchangeable or convertible into cash or other goods or services, nor are consumers entitled to request, with or without additional cash, the possibility of receiving different prizes and/or discounts.
PRIVACY : The personal data provided by Participants will be used for activities related to the Promotion organized by the Promoter.
