General provisions
For the purposes of these terms of use, "User" means the person who uses the content and services offered by the website www.makwheels.it , whether they limit themselves to consulting the information published therein or whether they proceed to use the reserved areas.
Browsing the Site and accessing its information content implies acceptance of these terms of use. Entering into contracts with the Owner (such as opening an account or purchasing products) and agreeing to the related clauses require the User's specific and distinct consent in the appropriate sections of the Site.
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time, posting notice of such changes on the Site. Changes apply to all use of the Site after their publication; any existing contractual relationships will continue to be governed by the terms accepted by the User at the time of their conclusion, unless otherwise agreed.
User Obligations
The User undertakes not to access the restricted areas if he or she is not the true and legitimate holder of the access credentials.
The User is required to use the website and the services offered therein in strict and constant compliance with the law, public order and morality (including the customary rules of etiquette) and with the provisions of these conditions of use.
In the event that the User accesses his reserved area to integrate or modify his personal data, he undertakes to provide true and strictly necessary information for the use of the services provided by MAK SpA
Once the account has been activated, the User undertakes to use it, and any related user ID and password, legitimately and correctly, also in light of the legal consequences associated with such use.
The User must safeguard the user ID and password relating to his/her account with due care and diligence, and in the event of theft or loss, he/she is obliged to promptly report it and request its deactivation.
The User is required to promptly notify the Owner of the loss or theft of their login credentials (username and password). Until such notification, any actions performed through the User's account are presumed to be attributable to them.
MAK SpA is not responsible in any way for the illegitimate consultation of personal data contained in the reserved area by unauthorized third parties who have gained knowledge of the User's authentication credentials through the User's negligence.
The User undertakes not to disturb in any way the use of the service by other Users.
If the user publishes content from the MAK SpA website on a social network using their own account, they assume all liability that may arise.
Brands and distinctive signs
All trademarks and other distinctive signs used on the Site or referred to belong to MAK SpA or their respective owners.
The trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs of third parties, including car manufacturers, possibly depicted or cited on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for exclusively descriptive and referential purposes, in order to indicate the compatibility and intended use of MAK-branded products, without this implying any commercial, sponsorship, or affiliation relationship.
Access to the Site does not grant the User the right to use such trademarks and distinctive signs without the written authorization of the respective legitimate owners.
Intellectual property
This Site is protected by the legislation in force in Italy regarding industrial property and copyright.
The reproduction, distribution, publication, copying, transmission, sale, or adaptation, even partial, of the Site's contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, digital downloads, data collections, software, videos, and technical data sheets, is prohibited.
The User acknowledges that all rights in question (including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, know-how, trademark rights, whether registered or not) belong to MAK SpA or to qualified third parties.
The documentation, images, fonts, graphics, software, and other content on the Site, as well as their presentation and processing, and all codes and format scripts used to implement the Site, are the property of MAK SpA or third parties and are protected by applicable law.
Access to the Site does not give the user the right to appropriate, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish, in any form, even partial, the information contained therein, without the express written authorization of the company and/or the third party owner of the relevant exploitation and/or reproduction rights.
Specifically, the photos on the Site, barring third-party rights and unless otherwise indicated, belong to MAK SpA and, where they depict people, are published subject to the prior consent of the individuals depicted. These consents are strictly limited to publication on the MAK SpA website: any further or different use is not permitted.

Any links to this Site from third-party sites may only be made with the prior written authorization of MAK SpA and, in any case, must be made exclusively to the Site's home page. Linking to internal pages using techniques such as framing or deep-linking, scraping, or data mining is prohibited.
Any interactive links activated on the Site to sites managed by third parties have been legitimately configured. However, the company does not exercise any control over the information, products, and services offered, or the privacy policies adopted on such sites. Therefore, MAK SpA assumes no responsibility for the content and technical-operational methods of such external sites, particularly with regard to IT security aspects: in this regard, the User is responsible for protecting themselves with appropriate anti-virus systems.

Final provisions
The possible nullity, invalidity, total or partial, of individual provisions of these Legal Notes will not entail the invalidity or ineffectiveness of the remaining clauses.
