Website and mobile application accessibility statement for entities referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1-bis of Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004

The contents listed below are not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

9.4.1.2: Interface elements must correctly identify their name and technological role. Buttons or interactive elements implemented without native tags and without an aria-label.

9.1.3.1: The structure and relationships displayed visually must also be determined by the code. Labels (<label>) are not linked to their respective input fields in contact forms.

9.1.1.1: All non-text images must have an equivalent text alternative. Informational images or graphics without an alt attribute or with inadequate descriptions.

9.4.1.2: Dynamic element states must be communicated to code in an updated manner. Menus or pop-up components that do not update attributes like aria-expanded upon interaction.

9.2.4.4: The purpose of each link must be clear from the link text itself. Links or buttons with generic text (e.g., "Click here," "Read more") without ARIA context.

9.1.4.3: Visual text must provide adequate contrast against the background. Text or interface elements must have a color contrast ratio of less than 4.5:1.

9.1.3.1: Page elements must respect the structural and semantic hierarchy. Non-sequential heading hierarchy (<h1>-<h6>) or improper use of visual formatting instead of tags.

9.2.4.1: There must be a mechanism to skip content blocks that are repeated across multiple pages. There must be no direct link to the main content (“Skip to content”) for keyboard users.
